Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all physical product orders placed through DankShop. DankShop is a product operated by Cloud Peak Labs, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. DankShop sells legal smoking accessories, vaporizers, and hardware only. DankShop does not sell cannabis, THC products, edibles, or any consumable substance.
1. Shipping Destinations
DankShop currently ships to all 50 United States, including Washington D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.), APO/FPO addresses, or any international destination at this time.
Some product categories may have additional state-level restrictions due to local law. If your shipping address is in a restricted jurisdiction for a specific product, the order will be cancelled and refunded before processing.
2. Shipping Rates
DankShop offers flat-rate $8 standard shipping on every order, regardless of size or weight, within the contiguous United States. Hawaii and Alaska orders may incur an additional surcharge disclosed at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-10 business days from the ship date. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. These are estimates - exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Tracking accuracy and delivery progress are subject to the carrier's performance. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, delivery is in the carrier's hands.
5. Carriers
DankShop ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your order is determined by package weight, destination, and product category. You may not be able to select a specific carrier.
6. Adult Signature & Age Verification
Some product categories may require adult signature on delivery to confirm receipt by a person 21 years of age or older. This is determined by the carrier and product type.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that the recipient at the shipping address is at least 21 years of age. Misrepresenting your age or the recipient's age is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in order cancellation, account termination, and notification to the carrier.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check tracking status by logging into your DankLog account and viewing your order history in the Shop tab.
8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Lost Packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:
- Check with your neighbors, building management, or other household members.
- Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number to file a missing package claim.
- If unresolved within 5 business days, email support@cloudpeaklabs.com with your order number and we will assist with the claim.
8.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or items are broken on arrival, photograph the damage (both packaging and contents) and email support@cloudpeaklabs.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund & Return Policy.
8.3 Wrong Address or Refused Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, an unclaimed package, or a refused delivery, the order will be refunded for the product cost only. Original shipping charges and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier are non-refundable.
9. Address Changes
Address changes can only be accommodated before an order ships. To request a change, email support@cloudpeaklabs.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot reroute or change addresses on shipped packages.
10. Customs, Duties & Taxes
DankShop ships to U.S. addresses only. U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and disclosed before payment.
