Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of DankLog and DankShop, products operated by Cloud Peak Labs, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company. This AUP supplements and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

1. What DankLog and DankShop Are

DankLog is a personal cannabis consumption tracking and journaling tool intended for adults of legal cannabis consumption age in their jurisdiction. DankLog is a software service. DankLog does not sell, distribute, dispense, or facilitate the sale of cannabis, THC products, edibles, or any consumable substance.

DankShop is an online retailer of legal smoking accessories, vaporizers, glass, and hardware. DankShop sells equipment only. DankShop does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the sale of cannabis, nicotine products, or any consumable substance.

Cloud Peak Labs, LLC does not promote, encourage, or condone the use of any controlled substance.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access or use DankLog and DankShop. By creating an account or using these services, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. We collect date of birth at registration to verify eligibility. Misrepresenting your age is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Jurisdiction Requirement

You may only use DankLog and DankShop in jurisdictions where the underlying activity is legal. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your federal, state, provincial, and local jurisdiction. Our services are not a defense against violations of applicable law.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use DankLog, DankShop, or any related service to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
Facilitate, advertise, or carry out the sale, distribution, or transportation of cannabis, THC products, edibles, nicotine, or any controlled or consumable substance;
Resell DankShop products at retail or wholesale without our prior written consent;
Purchase products on behalf of a person under 21 years of age;
Ship products to a jurisdiction where the products are restricted or illegal;
Misrepresent your identity, age, location, or the recipient's age or location;
Use our services to harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person;
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in account registration, payment, or shipping;
Initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us at support@cloudpeaklabs.com;
Attempt to access another user's account, our systems, or any data not intended for you;
Reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically collect data from our services without express written permission;
Introduce malware, viruses, exploits, or any code that could disrupt or damage our services;
Use our services to develop a competing product, service, or dataset;
Use our brand names, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent;
Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the integrity, performance, or availability of our services.

5. Payment Integrity

You may only use payment methods that you are legally authorized to use. Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods is prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement and the issuing bank. Repeated chargebacks against good-faith merchant practices may result in permanent account termination and referral to chargeback dispute services.

6. Health & Medical Disclaimers

DankLog is not a medical device, healthcare service, or substance abuse program. Information presented in DankLog (including strain recommendations, effects data, and tolerance estimates) is for personal informational purposes only. Nothing in DankLog constitutes medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concern.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP - including suspected underage access, fraud, or unlawful use of our services - report it to legal@cloudpeaklabs.com. We investigate all reports promptly.

8. Enforcement

Cloud Peak Labs, LLC may, in its sole discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate access to its services, cancel orders, decline transactions, withhold refunds for the cost of fraudulent purchases, and report violations to law enforcement, payment processors, carriers, and other affected parties. Enforcement of one violation does not waive our right to enforce other violations.

9. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
