Refund & Return Policy

This policy covers refunds and returns for purchases made through DankShop and subscriptions to DankLog Pro. DankLog and DankShop are products operated by Cloud Peak Labs, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
1. DankShop Product Returns
1.1 Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for refund.
1.2 Eligible Items
Items eligible for return must be:
- Unused and in original, resalable condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Mouthpieces, atomizers, coils, and any item that contacts the mouth
- Rolling papers, wraps, cones, and other consumable accessories
- Items marked “final sale” or “clearance” at the time of purchase
- Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
1.4 Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cloudpeaklabs.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) at no cost to you.
1.5 How to Start a Return
- Email support@cloudpeaklabs.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 2-3 business days), we will email you to confirm the refund.
1.6 Refund Timing & Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after we issue the refund, depending on your card issuer.
Refunds are issued for the product cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
1.7 Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns of opened-but-unused items at our discretion. The fee will be disclosed before you ship the return so you can decide whether to proceed.
1.8 Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships by emailing support@cloudpeaklabs.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return per the steps above.
1.9 Billing Descriptor
DankShop charges appear on your bank or credit card statement under a descriptor identifying Cloud Peak Labs, LLC and DankShop. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact support@cloudpeaklabs.com before disputing with your bank so we can resolve any confusion quickly.
2. DankLog Pro Subscription Refunds
2.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your DankLog Pro subscription at any time from the Settings tab inside the DankLog app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until that date.
2.2 Subscription Refunds
DankLog Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@cloudpeaklabs.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.
2.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will send a renewal reminder by email before each annual renewal. Monthly renewals are not individually announced.
3. Chargebacks
Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us at support@cloudpeaklabs.com. We resolve nearly all charge concerns directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback for a charge that could be resolved by contacting us may result in account suspension under our Acceptable Use Policy.
